Tournament Rules & Regulations

  • All matches follow FIFA, Spanish FA, and Catalan FA rules
  • 7-a-side: 2×10 minute halves; 11-a-side: 2×20 minute halves
  • Rolling substitutions allowed for maximum playing time
  • Group stages lead to Cup and Plate finals,everyone plays right to the last day
  • Strict discipline and fair play policy: poor behaviour may result in expulsion
  • Each team must arrange their own player insurance
